We are looking for an Office Assistant/Data Entry Specialist who will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks, including but not limited to data entry, organizing files, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with basic accounting tasks is desirable.
- Familiarity with office equipment and procedures.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
